Terms & Conditions
- IP(independent promoter) Applicant recognizes that all
payments will be based upon the actual number of minutes that are collected
for, as reported by the bureau, carrier, merchant bank, or other billing
entity.
- IP recognizes payouts will contain a 25% reserve held
back per check to offset charge backs, and/or credit card fraud. All reserve
money minus any charge backs will be paid to the IP 6 Months after each
check.
- IP acknowledges that VR SEX LIVE
acts only as a finder and not the Content Provider.
- IP Shall be solely responsible for the content and nature
of all promotions and advertising used to induce calls.
- IP may terminate operation of his/her software anytime
providing written notice to VR SEX LIVE
and CSW.
- IP may request additional software with written or voice
notice to VR SEX LIVE.
- Payout's per minute will be explained after applicants
submit their info to VR SEX LIVE.
- All Payout's will be made on the 10th of every Month.
